What’s in the first?
Have you ever watch Olympics games? My favorite is the 100 Meters run. Time and time again I was amazed by how fast people can run and how little is difference between the first and the second place.
We, Baitulummah Holdings Sdn Bhd in collaboration with Strategic Corporate Alliance Sdn Bhd – SCA are proud to announce that we have successfully developed the first ever Training Need Analysis Software in the world. We wanted to give TNA a go, that’s why we call it goTNA and 15 Oct 2009 marked the soft-launch of the product which was held in our small office in Puchong.
We had gone to a number of organizations to-date following very strong leads, mostly SCA’s existing training customer. We had gone to MOSTI, TV3, MIDA, PKNS, MiGHT and the latest was SEH. We are very confident that any organization who implemented goTNA, will clock at least 20% increase in productivity and performance – which mainly are attributed by the improvement in employee’s competencies. That is what goTNA is all about, to help organization improve employee’s competencies.
Who would be the first? Will it be any of the stated organization? Or will it be an entirely different name altogether. This is truly the historic moment everyone is waiting for and will be able to appreciate in years to come.
Let the time be the judge.
goTNA – We Are Ready to Roll
We are proud to announce that we are now ready to go all out. We had completed the development of goTNA system. We have finalized the standard package as our offerings. We have also finalized the dealership terms and conditions. All pointers are telling us that we are ready.
Here are a few events that had taken place thus far:
- 6 Oct 2009 – goTNA Internal Pilot Test – We have successfully conducted the pilot test for goTNA. All the test results, recommendations and bugs are taken into accounts and have fully made all the appropriate changes.
- 8 Oct 2009 – First preview of goTNA to MOSTI – Ministry of Science Technology & Innovation wasthe first official customer we had the privilege to present the newly developed goTNA. We intent to make MOSTI the among the first few pilot site to use goTNA. We would like to thank MOSTI’s employees for their kind support and assistance thus far.
- 15 Oct 2009 – The goTNA softlaunch held in our office in Puchong, Selangor. It was attended by our internal employees, stake-holders and selected customers. The excitements were in the air even though it was just a small ceremony!!
- 26 Oct 2009 – We had a very fruitful meeting with Media Prima key personnel. The product presentation was very well accepted and we were honored that Media Prima unofficially agrees to barter-trade the goTNA solution with television air-time. Once implemented, Media Prima may be the first corporate sector to have used goTNA.
- 28 Oct 2009 – MIDA becomes the second government sector to have the privilege for the goTNA meeting. Again, the product presentation was very well accepted and we are moving to the next step to close the deal.
- 3 Nov 2009 – A presentation is scheduled with MOSTI to further present the development of the software and the status of the whole project.
- 4 Nov 2009 – A presentation is scheduled to MIGHT and PKNS to present the whole solution.
- 5 Nov 2009 – A presentation is scheduled to MIDA as a follow-up to the first presentation.
First Product Born – goTNA Pilot Test – 6 Oct 2009
We have successfully conducted the pilot test for goTNA. All the test results, recommendations and bugs are taken into accounts and have fully made all the appropriate changes.
This is two years after the solution was first envisioned. No one at that point knew what it will be. But after years of study and research, and after a few business deals, we managed to developed a full functional Training Need Analysis Software.
|
A credit is due to the one who envisioned it, Mr Rozainy Din. He was a well experienced person in Human Resource Management. |
A credit is also due to Mr Sifu Mirza Mohd, the Subject Matter Expert who made the whole concept easy to understand and therefore possible to develop. |
It would not be complete if we forget Mr Kamal Arif Maz bin Masnan who mastermind the development of the software and put everything together into a very nice piece of work. |
Well done guys!!!
